DIY A Stylish Keurig K-Cup Organizer Made Out Of Dollar Tree Wire Baskets

You wander into your kitchen only to realize your K-cups look disorganized and cluttered in your pantry or on your nice, new coffee bar. So, what do you do? There is nothing more annoying than a jumble of coffee pods with no home. You can always DIY your own in-cabinet Keurig storage with wood and mounting tape, or even keep them in the box they came in. But, why not invest a little time to create a storage holder that matches the rest of your kitchen's clean, stylish aesthetic? Time and time again, Dollar Tree items have been repurposed for organizational DIYs, and making a K-cup mount is no exception. All you need are a few wire baskets from the organization aisle and some zip ties to create the ultimate coffee pod storage.

While Dollar Tree in your area likely has an assortment of wire baskets, the Essentials Wire Tray is an ideal purchase for this DIY. You can either purchase the smaller square Harvest Baskets for your holders, or the Round Harvest Baskets could work, too, if you prefer to incorporate different shapes. Then, grab some quality zip ties and a pair of sharp scissors to get started.

Change up your baskets depending on preference and aesthetic

If you want a slightly more rustic look, use smaller wood boxes for the compartments instead. The Wood Stack Crates from Dollar Tree can fit inside the larger wire basket, and you can use glue to attach them. Longer zip ties could work to secure them through the slats, as well. The beauty of this project is the customization. This TikTok user opted for a coating of gold spray paint for their finished product. However, you could spray yours an understated white or black or even a bright hue for a pop of color.

You can hang the large wire basket from Command Hooks if you prefer not to drill into your wall. Otherwise, add a few nails or screws and hang it from those. If you end up with extra basket space, they can be used to sort tea bags, sugar pouches, or even smaller Dollar Tree jars that you've filled with syrups. The more you can store in your DIY organization holder, the more extra space you can free up on your counters or in the pantry.
