If you can't find any details about them, or they get a poor rating, shop elsewhere. Be very careful if it only says "shipped by" or "fulfilled by" Amazon, but not sold by them. This means the DeWalt tool is going through Amazon's warehouse or delivery system, but it's sold by a third party. You may be able to claim if there's an issue, but it's probably a situation you want to avoid.
