Shower curtain rings are one of the most versatile items for organizing and home decor. From TikTok DIYs that turn them into unique lighting features to using them to craft Christmas ornament decorations, the possibilities are endless. However, by using these curtain rings for your purses, jeans, and belts that currently overwhelm your closet, the possibilities won't be the only thing that's endless. So will your closet space.

Unfortunately, everyone makes mistakes when organizing their closet, but this hack is so easy that hopefully, there won't be any mistakes to correct. Start with your purses, jeans (or pants with belt loops), and belts. Clear plastic rings will work best for purses and belts because they can be fastened to prevent them from falling off. S-hooks will work better for pants, though you can use either. For purses, hang one per ring, then transfer those rings to either hangers to hang on the rack or onto the rack itself (if the ring's diameter is large enough). If you choose to hang the rings on a hanger, you can place multiple rings on the same hanger to utilize the depth of the space. 

Do the same with the belts, weaving the belts on the rings by the buckles. After they're all strung, you can choose to put them on hangers or clasp the rings together into a chain, placing the whole chain on a hanger. For pants, fold each pair lengthwise and thread the belt loops onto a ring or S-hook.
