Aldi's Affordable Baking Pan Is A Near Perfect Williams Sonoma Dupe

If you're a brownie fanatic, chances are you have strong opinions as to whether the edges or internal pieces are superior. Most baking pans cater to those who like the ooey gooey, but if you're on team crusty, a standard pan probably won't do it for you. Luckily, there are some great options out there, including the Williams Sonoma Goldtouch Pro Ultimate Brownie Pan. However, if you aren't stoked about spending $60 on a pan, you'll be glad to know Aldi is offering a dupe that will cost you only $7. The Crofton Brownie Endless Edge Pan is almost an exact replica of the more upscale model, and if not for the brand names embossed on the handles, they would be essentially identical. All you need to do is make your home smell like a Williams Sonoma if you want more of a luxury home-goods experience.

Much like the Williams Sonoma pan, Aldi's version has silicone inserts that make it easier to remove the brownies after baking. However, you can also bake without the silicone inserts, which will allow you to fill it up even more for those extra-big batches. Though intended for brownies, this pan can be used to make much more. Blondies and other cookie bars are the most obvious alternatives, but it has also drawn in pasta lovers — specifically for making lasagna, which helps achieve crispy, cheesy edges on every piece.

The price isn't its only selling point

While Aldi's pan is excellent for baking a single recipe, it also lets you divide the pan into two sections using the silicone molds. This means you can either bake two different types of cookie bars or separate the bars into two sides. Not only does this give you the opportunity to bake two different recipes at the same time (provided they have similar baking needs), but it's also a great way to separate a single recipe if you want to add some nuts, chocolate chips, or any other add-ins without affecting the entire batter. Just be cautious when cleaning, as you don't want to make a mistake that could ruin your non-stick pans.

As it stands, there are no reviews yet for the Aldi dupe pan, but with a price as low as $7, it's almost harder to justify why you shouldn't buy it than why you should. Plus, Aldi is known for their top-tier look-alikes — like this slow cooker Crock-Pot dupe. Best of all, this baking pan is currently available online, so you won't even have to leave your house to snag this sweet deal.
