According to their website, Amerisun makes three gas-powered mowers, each with a 21-inch cut. The entry-level model is a push mower with a 144 cc engine that has side discharge or mulching but doesn't bag. Then there's an Amerisun 3-in-1 Gas, Self-Popelled Push Mower with bagging, side discharge, or mulching powered by the same motor, and a 170cc self-propelled version. All models feature multiple height adjustments to mow your lawn at the right height, and the handles fold down neatly for space-saving storage.

So if the specification is similar to those of many competitors, the big question is whether Amerisun mowers are worth buying. Owner feedback is usually a good indicator, but comments on the brand's own website are limited, so we searched major retailers. It's fair to say reviews are mixed. The majority seem happy with their purchase, but there are a significant number of critics.

Walmart and Amazon are the main online outlets for Amerisun mowers, with the latter receiving a far higher number of reviews. Ratings range from 3.7 to 3.9 stars, whereas a number of rivals get 4.2 or 4.3 stars. While most reviews are positive, with people saying the mowers are easy to put together and that the quality seems good initially, there are those who criticize the drive on the self-propelled model. Also, among the less-than-stellar reviews, durability is a concern.

Comments from customers, like "Fantastic mower" and "Does a quality job," are common, with owners saying that there's nothing fancy about them, but they work.
