"I turned this $15 spice rack from [Facebook] Marketplace into the perfume shelf of my dreams," creator @gbutt_ wrote overtop of a video showing a wooden spice rack mounted on the wall and styled with her collection of fragrances. The clever idea certainly caught the attention of fellow thrifters and avid home decor fans, with one commenting on the post, "Omg genius idea." Of course, while this creator turned to Facebook Marketplace to find the perfect spice rack storage unit, there are lots of places you can look for secondhand spice racks to make your home organization and storage more sustainable. Local thrift shops, for example, are a great place to start, as are resale sites like eBay or Etsy. Or who knows, you might even already have one tucked away in your own kitchen.

If you love the idea of using a spice rack as bathroom storage, but don't have a big perfume collection, there are plenty of other items that fit perfectly on its shelves. Instead of fragrance bottles, you could store lotions or skincare products, or even use it as a makeshift medicine cabinet.
