Why Golf Lovers Will Love An Arizona Home On Sale For Just $1 Million

A home in Arizona just hit the market, and it's truly a golfer's dream. According to the listing on Compass, the house, which was built in 1994, sits on approximately 4,000 square feet and is currently listed for nearly $1 million. Several rooms and features on this property include four bedrooms, three full-sized bathrooms as well as a one-half bathroom, and an indoor golf course.

As per the New York Post, this stunning desert estate is located in the South Mountain area and is surrounded by the Arizona Grand Golf Course, which provides even more golfing entertainment for its new owner. Aside from its current listing, the house was placed on the market once before in 2015, when it sold for less than half the price, at only about $475,000. If you're a golf lover, you will enjoy this thrilling masterpiece and even appreciate all the other amenities it offers.

An outsider's view

Before we step inside the golf course, let's take a look at the outside. According to Compass, this two-story home sits on close to 0.2 acres of land. The house itself has many notable features, such as the off-white color that wraps around the building and the tan roofing. There are several trees, including palm trees and other plant varieties, on this compound. A large attached garage is located off to the left side of the home, with a pathway leading up to the front entrance.

While the front of the home is impressive all on its own, the backyard is equally appealing. Located directly in the middle of the backyard is a large inground swimming pool. The pool isn't rectangular or oval in size as the standard variety; instead, it has a wavy border that is made of concrete pavement. While there isn't much-dedicated space for lounging out here, one can add a chair anywhere in the yard or under the awning that leads to the back entrance of the home.

An elegant living room

The living room is one of the most important features of any home, and the one in this residence is nothing less than elegant. It is surrounded mainly by windows and doors, via Compass. The far back wall consists of various windows of differing sizes and two glass doors that lead outdoors. Additionally, all of these windows and doors have a glass section atop to let in natural light. When lounging in this space, one can look and enter the backyard, which hosts the pool.

This area of the home accommodates three ceiling fans and a fireplace, and continuing with the theme of differently-sized windows, we have even more on each side of the fireplace and close to the ceiling. The room itself is entirely white, with the floors being a cream color. It's also quite large and can hold many pieces of furniture.

An enchanting golf course

Now, for the main event: the indoor golf course. According to the New York Post, it was built by the previous owners, and they took two rooms and transformed them into a golf course that consists of nine holes. Before the renovation, the rooms were once the formal living room and dining room, and whoever buys the property has the option to restore the spaces to their former glory with ease.

The golf course is located just off to the side of the kitchen. It has a relatively simple aesthetic as all the walls are white. Naturally, the floor consists of a faux grass carpet to complement the golfer's enthusiasm. Several windows reside throughout this space, as well as a large chandelier hanging in the area that used to be the dining room. This room is perfect for those who love the sport and want to practice daily or as much as possible, all while in the comfort of their own home.
