All Of Adele's Real Estate Properties

Adele, who is a world-famous pop singer, was born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins in 1988 in London, per Britannica. As a child, Adele loved singing contemporary pop music, which led to her learning to play the clarinet and the guitar. The English singer-songwriter made her way into the music business in 2006 when she signed a contract with record label XL Recordings. Her debut album titled "19" was released just two years later in 2008. The album name came from the age she was at the time when she wrote the majority the songs. After the success of this album, Adele won her first two Grammy Awards for best new artist and best female pop vocal performance.

In 2011, Adele's next album, "21," was released, continuing with her age theme. Despite various medical conditions Adele was enduring at this time, the album became a huge success and became the best-selling album of the year in both the U.S. and the U.K. After a successful operation on her throat, Adele performed and took home six Grammys and later received two Brit awards. In 2015, she released her third studio album titled "25" that won her five more Grammy Awards. Her album "30" was released in 2021. Of course, with all of these outstanding achievements, Adele is bound to own a house or two, or maybe even four.

A pool area perfect for relaxation and fun

The first residence Adele currently owns is located in Beverly Hills, according to Hello! magazine. She paid around $9.5 million for the home that features four bedrooms and six total bathrooms. Located on 17,000 square feet of land, the house itself consists of 6,597 square feet. Built in 1977, the home is tucked away in a private gated community near other A-List stars including Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lawrence. Other notable features included in this home include an inground pool and spa combo, a gazebo located near the pool, a treehouse, and several outdoor seating locations.

The exterior of this stunning two-story residence is a tan color with plenty of pavement and space out front. Each room within this home is unique on its own. The main family room is mostly white and features a green couch and several other colorful art pieces. The small living room upstairs features mostly neutral colors such as white, grays, and browns. The kitchen and dining area are both vastly large in size and feature brown floors and white walls. The cabinets within the kitchen have gray marble countertops. Each bedroom is decorated differently from each other and mostly features bright colors such as blues and pinks.

Earth tones and reading spaces

Located in the same Beverly Hills area as her first home, Adele spent $10.65 million on a second home, via Dirt. This home is only slightly smaller in size as it's around 6,045 square feet. However, it does have more rooms as it features five bedrooms and six full-size bathrooms. Built in the 1960s, the home then was only around 2,400 square feet in size. It was remodeled in the 1980s to what the home consists of now. Other appealing features in this home include a library, large parking area, inground pool, and an open backyard.

For the most part, this home is designed with mostly bright earth tone colors. Upon entry, the first thing one will notice is the bright brown solid double doors. Through these doors is the open and wide living room. In this living room are several tan couches wrapped around the room with brown, black, and multi colored pillows. Several plants, décor, and art pieces are displayed around the room as well. The library is located elsewhere in the residence and features floor-to-ceiling bookshelves all around the room.

Adele bought her third Beverly Hills home from Nicole Richie

In 2021, Adele decided to purchase her third property in this area of Beverly Hills, according to Dirt. This time she paid $10 million for the residence that she bought from stars Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Built in 1957, this house has since been renovated and features 5,515 square feet of interior space that consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. This stunning home sits on about .57 acres of land.

Since the "Rolling in the Deep" singer is known to keep a low profile when it comes to her personal life, there isn't much more known about this home. Reports say, however, that the exterior includes a separate pool and spa, a detached garage, and a half basketball court. There is also a stone pathway located within the backyard as well. A large privacy hedge is also on the property to protect Adele and her home from the street view.

One more stunning Beverly Hills estate

Adele's latest home is, of course, located in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ. Additionally, she scored this residence from another A-List celebrity, Sylvester Stallone. Adele paid around $58 million for the home that was originally listed for $80 million. Prior to that listing, Stallone reportedly listed the home for $110 million but didn't receive any offers. The residence, which sits on 3.6 acres of land, features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an indoor gym, sauna, theater room, and many more rooms as well.

Per Realtor, the home, which was built in 1994, has several outdoor luxuries as well. For starters, and much like Adele's other Beverly Hills properties, this residence features an inground pool. Surrounding the pool is pavement spacious enough for lounge chairs or whatever relaxation items one may desire. Also included is a separate two-story guest house that includes its own living room, dining room, and two bedrooms.
