From there, she worked as Deputy Blog Editor at The Huffington Post, specializing in lifestyle content and acting as a contributing writer for HuffPost Home. Alex has also worked as Senior Editor for Reader's Digest and U.S. News and World Report and Executive Digital Editor for Westchester and Hudson Valley Magazines, focusing on lifestyle, home and garden, consumer deals, food, health, and pets. Most recently, she was Senior Trends Editor for Reader's Digest, Taste of Home, and Family Handyman magazines overseeing trend coverage in the food, home and garden, and lifestyle spaces.


Alex has a bachelor's degree in journalism and religious studies from New York University.
