- Dianne is a compulsive propagator who can't walk past a plant without eyeing its potential for multiplication.
- As a teen, half her bedroom was overrun with indoor plants in pursuit of her dream of owning a garden center. Spoiler alert: she doesn't.
- Her training in fashion design gives her a keen eye for textiles, textures, and color — useful when dressing a room.
Experience
Dianne has been writing professionally for an embarrassingly long time. Her career started with a short piece on her misadventures in knitting for a South African women's magazine, followed by regular features in many other print publications, including Women & Home, Living & Loving, and Threads & Crafts. With a transition to digital content creation, many topics flow from her fingertips, but home and gardening articles are two of her favorite things.
Education
Dianne holds a diploma in fashion design from FDMC in Johannesburg, Gauteng (South Africa).
