Experience

Lori has worked as a professional writer and graphic designer for more than two decades for a wide range of clients from real estate, hospitality, and travel to dining, entertainment, and retail. While in-house at such stellar media companies as Condé Nast, Hearst Magazines, the Los Angeles Times, and Calabasas Style Magazine, she’s written about home design trends, real estate, dining, and more. She also started her own virtual marketing agency, Jungle Group Productions. Lori’s passions include writing, photography, architecture, real estate, design, travel, blogging, and playing piano and guitar. She also loves watching international home-buying shows on television and is glad to find a home at Static Media.

Education

After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. degree in English, Lori landed her first job at CBS in New York City as a Photo Researcher in their advertising department. Tired of cold winters, Lori returned to Southern California, where she earned a Multimedia Certificate from West L.A. College. She continues to take courses and write for myriad high-profile companies.
