Experience
Luanne discovered her love for writing when she was a young middle schooler. She decided to pursue it as a career after winning a writing contest as a freshman in high school. After writing and editing articles for her high school newsletter, she pursued and earned a degree in print journalism in 2016. Since then, Luanne has worked and written for Hour Media, the publisher of Detroit Design Magazine, a publication that showcases homes, designers, and decor in the metro Detroit area. As the sole resident of her home, she aims to become a self-sufficient expert in home design, repair, and renovation, often trying and referring to DIY fixes and hacks.
Education
Luanne has a bachelor's degree in print journalism from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
