As a contributor at House Digest, Rachel enjoys sharing everything she's learned about home improvement while trying to make her Brooklyn rental feel like a home. She has been a writer, filmmaker, and video producer for nearly a decade. In 2019, she wrote an article for The Fullest Magazine about her personal exploration of minimalism as a design and lifestyle trend. From that experience, she realized her love for thinking about the spaces we live in and how we can change them to meet our needs, in both aesthetics and budget. In her video career, she produced and wrote lifestyle and beauty content for Condé Nast outlets like Vogue, Glamour, and Allure. She also wrote and produced at Outlier.org, an educational venture co-founded by the creator of Masterclass to make innovative, higher education online courses. Most recently, she has worked as a freelance producer on projects with brands like Architectural Digest, as well as on short films and sketch comedy videos.

Rachel graduated from New York University with a B.A. in film, screenwriting, and social & cultural analysis.
