The only tools you will need for this project are a set of pliers and a hot glue applicator.
Start by placing your fence on your work surface and cutting off the spokes. Next, use your pliers to remove the outer ring of the wreath form. Discard the outer ring and glue the wreath form to one end of the fence, aligning it with the bottom edge. Wrap the fence around the perimeter of the wreath form, using zip ties to secure it.
