To create this fruity, three dimensional planter you will need a plain plant pot, a strawberry silicone mould, craft resin, a curing agent, and acrylic paint, a clear coat, and a strong adhesive. You will also need some common crafting tools including paint brushes and a mixing stick for the resin.

When picking out the base pot for this DIY, remember to always look out for the best indoor containers to help your plants grow and thrive. Features such as drainage holes, saucers, and size should play a big part in your final decision. You will also want to choose a pot with a smooth surface so there's no trouble when attaching your resin berries.

To get started, grab a disposable cup and mix your resin and curing agent in a 1-1 ratio. Then carefully pour the resin mixture into your strawberry mould. To be safe, do this over top of an old towel in case of spills. It is also vital to use a silicone mould here because resin will not stick to this material. Now the resin needs to cure in a 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit room for 24 hours. If you like, you can loosely cover your mould so that dust doesn't settle into your resin berries.

Once fully cured, remove the berries from your mould and begin painting them. Red berries with green leaves are the norm, but you can choose whatever colors you like best. Then, cover each berry with a clear top coat. Once all the paint has dried, use a hot glue gun to attach your berries to a pot of your choosing and then your project is complete.
