One of the best parts about this DIY is that there are several approaches to assembling the racks. For a basic version, take one of the letter trays and place it upside down on your desk or wherever you plan to use the storage. Then, place three of the wine bottle holders across the tray horizontally. Next, set another letter tray, right-side-up, on top of the wine bottle holders.
