8 Best New Home & Decor Aldi Finds Of October 2026

I have to admit, I am a huge fan of Aldi. The great products, the low prices, and the ongoing introduction of new products make it such a pleasure to shop there. It's already proving to be a spectacular season for Aldi's fall home and decor items; many Aldi fans think autumn is the best time to discover lots of great home items. Between Halloween and Thanksgiving, the colorful offerings go well beyond the pumpkin spice treats on the other side of the seasonal aisle. New Aldi items to look out for in October 2026 include coir welcome mats, cable knit throws, and more.

As gardening and cookout season starts to wind down, the emphasis shifts to getting the house in shape for spending more time indoors, as well as autumn holidays. Aldi's home and decor products at this time emphasize a cozy seasonal vibe, both in appearance (warm autumnal earth tones) and function (items to stay warm, make entertaining easy, and organize the kitchen for more time spent cooking indoors). But there are still useful outdoor products available too, like tarps, garden gloves, and outdoor lighting designed for fall charm.

One aspect of Aldi's seasonal items that many customers love is the "Here Today, Gone Tomorrow" labels, which mean a product will only be there for a short time. Of course, this is designed as a sales tactic, but if you've ever hesitated to buy one of these products and then regretted it when your next visit revealed it was sold out, you know it works. So be sure to grab these autumn goodies before they're gone.

Fall weather can mean rain, mud, wet leaves, pine needles, and other autumnal debris being tracked into the house. Aldi's affordable coir mats in colorful designs are always a welcome sight in the seasonal aisle, equally practical and attractive. I love the "sweater weather" design, with a black background and colorful leaves. At $6.99 each, you can get one for every entrance.

If you're like me, you love Aldi's well-priced kitchen items, edible and non-edible alike. Just in time for autumn baking season, these pantry organizers let you put opened bags of sugar, flour, and other ingredients in airtight containers. Use them for other dry goods too, including pasta, cereal, or pet kibble. Using containers in the pantry can help keep moths from invading your kitchen, too. These sturdy Crofton containers come three to a package in coordinated colors, including orange, blue, green and purple.

As autumn arrives, colder temperatures at night might find us reaching for a blanket while relaxing in front of the TV or with a book. These cozy cable-knit throws by Kirkton House come in five colors: forest green, white, navy blue, rosy tan, and cream, and can be used as warm cover-ups or easy throws to accent your decor. At $14.99, they're priced so you can get one in each color or have one in several rooms.

These Kirkton House bath rugs have a nubbly surface made of tiny pom-poms that make for a soft, cushioned, absorbent surface after a bath or shower. Nothing cozier on a cold morning than a soft rug in the bathroom. They have a non-slip backing and are machine washable. They come in sets of two in a range of colorful stripes, including olive, navy, or beige.

Acacia wood is durable and attractive: The color reminds me of rosewood, which is much rarer and more endangered. These cute wooden scoops, spoon rests, and rolling pins are well-designed and easy care. Adding wood to your kitchen is a nice antidote to the all-white, stainless steel kitchen aesthetic that has dominated for years. Crofton makes many well-priced and useful acacia wood products, including various utensils, cutting boards, cookbook stands, and various containers.

These interlocking foam floor tiles are an easy solution for creating a play or exercise space in minutes. They can also make a good base for an air mattress for overnight guests. When not in use, the tiles can be unlocked and stored until needed. They come in four colors (off white, navy blue, forest green, and brown), and they're easy to clean with a simple damp sponge, diluted white vinegar, spray cleaner, or soap and water.

If you're a cat owner, you may have noticed your kitties sometimes get into cozy mode as the weather turns colder. These adorable autumnal catnip toys, priced at three for $4.99, are shaped like acorns, mushrooms, leaves, and tiny pumpkins. They're perfect for giving your feline friends a reason to get a bit of exercise indoors. Heart to Tail products are well-priced and very high quality, and as a cat and dog owner I frequently buy the food, treats, toys and accessories.

Here's the thing about the Aldi "Halloween Collection" items: Many of them are designed with general autumnal appeal, making them suitable beyond October 31st for autumn gatherings and Thanksgiving. Case in point, this simple wooden pumpkin serving board, perfect for a cheeseboard, veggies and dip, charcuterie, or an assortment of desserts. Priced at $9.99, this durable serving board is easy-care and versatile.
