This Jungle-Themed "Jumanji House" In Florida Is For Sale

There is a mansion that has Jumanji-like features in Orlando, Florida, that is on sale for $25 million and has the people on the internet raving about it, according to the New York Post. The mansion sits on 2.4 acres of land surrounded by a myriad of trees and plants, while the home itself is about 14,700-square-feet. The estate "Entrelagos" is located directly on a private peninsula between Lake Sheen and Lake Tibet, according to Zillow. The overhead views are stunning.

There are 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms throughout the three-story-tall mansion, which took about 10 years to build and $8 million to complete, per Orlando Weekly. The architects paid special attention to every detail that went into the home. A handful of the interior features were handcrafted and shipped to the US from the Philippines. There are so many beautiful hand-painted works of art that make up the majority of the home's structure.

Resort style pool

The gorgeous exterior has columns that are made of hand-hewn coquina rock leading to the front door that was custom carved to have the mother of pearl displayed on it, according to Orlando Weekly. Along the pathway to the entrance, there are a variety of boxwood plants and flowers surrounding every part of the home. Different parts of the outside have lengthy hallways made up of columns and a patio perfect for a stroll around the house.

Once you reach the backyard, you're greeted with an illuminating cabana connected to the pool that holds a full bar, kitchen, spa, steam room, and full bathroom. According to the New York Post, the pool itself is very similar to a resort-style pool, where it has three different levels connected by waterfalls. Certain parts of the pool are made of steel materials and rock to keep everything in place. Not too far from the main house lies a boat deck where the future homeowners can take a boat ride around the lakes. In addition to the main house, there is a separate guest house close by that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a separate space for the staff above the five-car garage, Zillow claims.

Entertainment galore

Since the mansion is made up of three stories, each floor has its own layout that all tie into the jungle theme. To make it easier for guests and future homeowners to access all the floors, they've installed an elevator to get to each floor quicker. There are, however, still stairs that have handcrafted metal railings with emerald green accents. The first floor has a two-story rotunda-style library with a spiral staircase that leads to the second floor, according to the New York Post. There's a home theater with a 100-inch screen displayed in front of bean bags and lounge chairs. The listing claims that the sliding doors to the theater have hand-carved movie posters of various actors.

Next to the home theater is the recreational room which holds a pool table, chess table, foosball table, and an entertainment system, so there's always something to pass the time with. The kitchen is also located on the first floor, where it has so many green plants that receive a lot of natural sunlight from the huge windows. There's a good amount of storage in the kitchen with its built-in cabinetry and spacious butler's pantry.

Rotunda style bedrooms

The second floor holds all of the bedrooms and most of the bathrooms. The entire home is filled with massive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to enter, so there aren't many hanging lights from the ceilings. The master bedroom was also designed in a rotunda style with gorgeous views of the lakes and gardens. The master suite isn't like most because it has its own mini-kitchen, washer and dryer, a jacuzzi, and built-in lighted closets, per the listing. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and views of the garden. One bedroom has its own patio and chimney next to the bed.

The interior colors for all floors stick to cool colors, with the walls being painted blue and green. There are some rooms like the library and home theater that have a maroon interior. They follow the same design structure of brown leather furniture, different patterned rugs, and an endless amount of plants in every room. The third floor has a gym and full bathroom along with a 2,000-square-foot venue where parties could be held. It has a beautiful panoramic view of the lakes, and the fireworks from Disney World can be seen from it.
