Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's rekindled relationship has been all the buzz lately and it looks like they are currently house hunting in order to start their new life together. The Hollywood couple's love life spans back to 2002 when they shared a brief engagement after Lopez's divorce from dancer Chris Judd, according to Variety. The two starred in the films "Gigli" and "Jersey Girl" alongside each other during their courtship. However, after lots of public attention focused on their relationship, the two broke off their engagement and split up in 2004.
Fast forward to 2022 and fate has brought these two back together, with Affleck springing a surprise engagement on Lopez after a whirlwind year of renewed love. Now the couple is searching for the perfect home and it looks as though they have set their sights on Los Angeles. After changing their minds on a Bel-Air mansion being listed for $55 million, per TMZ, the two have moved on to bigger, better, and way pricier real estate as they have been seen looking at a mega property in L.A.

As the power couple continues to look for a new home, it seems that their gaze has rested on the huge mansion that was built by the television bigwig who brought you "Beverley Hills, 90210," Melrose Place," and "Charmed," Aaron Spelling. According to the Daily Mail, the two were spotted checking out the $165 million Spelling Manor.
The massive property is located in the Holmby Park area of Los Angeles, just west of swanky Beverley Hills. Resting on 4.6 acres of land, the mansion includes plenty of vehicle room as four cars could drive side-by-side up the private laneway, per the listing on Zillow. The French-style home also has a heated pool with a hot tub area that is surrounded by beautiful shrubs and trees. You are also treated to a wonderful water fountain in the bricked courtyard and sprawling grounds perfect for walks around the property. Along the walking paths that wind throughout the grounds, you also come across a full-sized tennis court where the newly-engaged couple can share an afternoon match.

There's no doubt that when Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are searching for a new home, in the back of their minds they must be focusing on a little extra space to fit their growing family. The two will need plenty of room for their blended family as Affleck shares three children with his ex-wife, actor Jennifer Garner and Lopez has twins with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, per Us Weekly. Luckily this 14-bedroom, 27-bathroom mansion may have just the room they need and then some.
The home itself has a combined living space spanning 56,500 square feet spread out among three floors. The photos showcased on the home Zillow listing show all the luxurious details among the many bedrooms including delicate crown molding and big, spacious windows with ornate frameworks taking in all of the natural California sun. Each room is more opulent than the next from the draping chandeliers hanging from the ceiling to the rich, dark wood that makes up the parkay-like flooring, which transitions seamlessly among marbled floors as well.

According to the New York Post, there are also large aquariums that line the walls in particular rooms, and from some of the windows, you can notice columns that date back 400 years.
Another highlight of this magnificent mansion is a full theatre room which features uber-comfortable tiered seating and a large projection screen that could rival most movie theatres. The couple and their families could enjoy hours of entertainment within the space and still have enough room to invite more guests. Although it hasn't been confirmed whether or not Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck will be forking over the millions of dollars for this lavish mansion quite yet, it must have been pretty exciting picturing a possible future among its grand walls.
