Which Euphoria Cast Member Has The Most Expensive Home?

The teen drama "Euphoria" hit the young adult audience like a storm when it first premiered in June 2019. With storylines exploring high school relationships, sex, drug abuse, and violence, the episodes had a firm grip on viewers who relished every scene. Social media platforms such as Twitter was flooded with predictions, analyses, and commentary every Sunday from early January to late February 2022 as Season 2 aired, via IMDb. Many of the show's characters grew strong in our hearts as we earnestly waited to watch them weekly.

Multiple cast members quickly found fame after Season 1, except for Zendaya, who was already a household name. Some of them went on to play memorable characters on other TV shows and movies, which certainly helped their finances. For instance, Sydney Sweeney, who played Cassie Howard, were able to purchase their first home. With that said, let's see where our favorite "Euphoria" cast members have landed after a successful wrap on Season 2.

Jacob Elordi owns two stunning homes

Brisbane-born actor Jacob Elordi plays Nate Jacobs in "Euphoria." Even though his character is a controlling narcissist with a complicated past and present, Elordi is a sweet, art-loving Australian in real life. His home, which he purchased in 2020 for 2 million AUD, is located in the Byron Bay hinterland, where Zac Efron and brothers Liam and Chris Hemsworth also own property, discloses realestate.com.au. Elordi's new home sits on about 5 acres of land and features two separate buildings on the property. The main house is three stories with four bedrooms, while the nearby cottage adds another three bedrooms.

Elordi, according to Vogue, has purchased another home just under the Hollywood sign this year. The house certainly befits a millionaire actor, as it's composed of a pool, a full kitchen, and gorgeous hand-picked artwork. However, the exact location, price, and floor plan of the home aren't available just yet. Hopefully, someday, we'll get a tour of the mysterious property.

Maude Apatow's parents own multiple properties

Maude Apatow, who plays Lexi Howard in "Euphoria," is the real-life daughter of Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow. The young actress lives with her famous parents — but per the Los Angeles Times, she attempted to move out just before the nation shut down due to COVID-19. Maude's parents own a few pricey properties; their most recent purchase is a Santa Monica penthouse, which they bought for $14.5 million in 2018.

The California residence, which houses the Apatow-Mann family, has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, says Dirt. It boasts over 8,000 square feet and has ocean, city, and mountain views. The penthouse sits at the top of a high-rise designed by Archibald Quincy Jones in the 1960s. It features two primary bedrooms, four guest bedrooms, a library, an office, a media room, and various amenities that make the property an absolute delight.

The famous family also owns an $18.25 million Brentwood home in the same vicinity and a $9.4 million condo in NYC, according to Dirt. Though Maude didn't buy the homes herself, she qualifies to be on our list of "Euphoria" cast members living in expensive homes.

Eric Dane spent millions on a Beverly Hills home

Cal Jacobs, the on-screen father of Nate Jacobs, is most certainly not a popular character among Euphoria fans either. Yet, the actor who plays him, Eric Dane, is a seasoned entertainer known for his roles in highly-rated films and TV shows. Watch him in "Grey's Anatomy," "Burlesque," "X-Men: The Last Stand," and "The Last Ship," according to IMDb.

Eric Dane, the husband of actress and model Rebecca Gayheart, bought a $2.4 million contemporary farmhouse-style home in Franklin Canyon. The gorgeous house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, per Dirt. It features 3,602 square feet of living space containing a massive country eat-in kitchen, a few river rock fireplaces, at least one formal living room, a dining room, and a primary bathroom. The latter has his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and more room to spare. Outside the home is a pool surrounded by tropical trees and plants, seating areas, a grilling space, a firepit, a cabana, and a terrace as big as a living room.

Sydney Sweeney recently bought her first home

Sydney Sweeney has scored two major HBO roles on "Euphoria" and "The White Lotus." She also recently closed on a $3 million home that has been off the market since 1972. According to the New York Post, the California property was built in 1933, and the previous owner paid $85,500 for it.

The residence has been beautifully maintained, allowing it to show off its historic bones and original hardwood floors. Sweeney's new Tudor traditional-style home includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It features a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, and a three-car garage that can be reached by a funicular.

The primary bedroom is undeniably cozy with a built-in window nook and a fireplace, via Dirt. The vaulted ceilings make the room appear larger and cabin-like. Attached to the primary bedroom is a newly-renovated bathroom. It is outfitted with white cabinetry, white walls, white flooring, a spacious jet tub, and a walk-in shower. Across the room are his-and-hers sinks set before an impressive mirror to facilitate Sweeney's morning routine. The Washington state native's 3,200-square-foot home is close to the skyscrapers lining Century City. Interestingly, at the top of one of these skyscrapers is the Apatow-Mann penthouse.

Zendaya has two gorgeous mansions in Los Angeles

It's not surprising that Zendaya owns the most expensive home on this list. The multi-entertainer was already famous before scoring a role in HBO's "Euphoria." She has starred in hit movies such as "The Greatest Showman," "Spider-Man: Homecoming," "Spider-Man: Far From Home," "Spider-Man: No Way Home," and more, via IMDb. The actress bought her first home in 2016 for $1.4 million. The Northridge, California home is 4,155 square feet, and it features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spiral staircase, and a pool, as seen on Vogue.

After just a few years of living in the house, she moved into a fancier mansion in the San Fernando Valley with more than 5,000 square feet of living space. This home, according to Dirt, sold for $4 million. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a detached guest house with its own amenities, such as a kitchenette. The main house employs hardwood floors around the massive open-concept kitchen and the primary bedroom. The latter has a spacious bathroom attached; it features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a balcony fanned by palm trees.

Zendaya has kept mum about this house that she purchased in 2020. So, it's unclear whether or not she has moved from her Northridge home, which she still owns.
