Lastly, we have the youngest member of the band: Nick. According to Realtor, Nick sold his Beverly Hills home in 2019 for around $6.9 million. The gorgeous estate sits at a little over 4,000 square feet of interior space. The rooms of this home consist of five bedrooms and four full-size bathrooms. The home has several floor-to-ceiling windows in most of the rooms. Of course, there are several outdoor features, too, including a pool, hot tub, several lounge areas as well as a separate and private guesthouse.

While being the youngest member of the band, Nick has just as many solo career achievements as his older brothers. Per The Famous People, he was born in 1992 in Texas. His Broadway debut began when he was just seven years old and when he was 10, he co-wrote a Christmas song with his father.
