Inside The Luxe Atlanta Apartment NeNe Leakes Is Selling For $2.5 Million

Entrepreneur NeNe Leakes is saying goodbye to her Atlanta apartment after living in it for less than a year. She bought the pad last November for $1.85 million and just put it back on the market with an asking price of $2.5 million, according to Realtor. Leakes is famous for her run on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" but left after the 12th season. Since then, she's been busy working on various ventures, such as acting and writing. She's no stranger to success, guest starring in "Glee" in 2012 and competing on "Dancing with the Stars" in 2018, per People

Leakes also isn't new to buying or selling homes. She sold her Georgia suburban home this year for $2.65 million after living in it for seven years with her late husband Gregg Leakes, via Realtor. The couple had renovated the house, installing a pool and beauty salon. Now, she's moving on from her Atlanta spot too. Take a look around the luxurious property.

The lavish courtyard

Located on the Waldorf Astoria property, this 4,045-square-foot, three-story townhome has its own four-car garage and an elevator that takes you straight to the top-floor master suite, according to Compass. There are two other townhomes on the property, according to Realtor, and they all share a stunning courtyard filled with greenery, outdoor seating areas, and a pond. The spot is perfect for entertaining guests or spending a relaxing evening outside in the Atlanta weather. Endless walkways lead you throughout the space to the other villas and hotel entrances.

The townhome has several private balconies overlooking the courtyard with views of the city skyline. The balconies are all decorated with patio furniture for additional outdoor space — one even features a full dining set, perfect for private outdoor dinners with a view. Residents of the exclusive villas can also take advantage of 24-hour access to the hotel amenities, including the security.

A look inside

The apartment/townhouse/villa is complete with stunning hardwood floors, high ceilings, and marble accents. The living room has a lavish bar station with a beautiful mahogany cabinet for bottle storage, per the Compass listing

This room features a mirrored coffee table and seating area in front of the built-in marble fireplace; brown leather armchairs and neutral furniture complete the look. The small living area leads into a dining space with a round wood table and white cushioned chairs. An elegant crystal chandelier hangs just above.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, complete with white hardware and full of natural lighting. There's a marble island in the center of the room with a sink and extra drawers for storage. The cabinets are pearl white with silver handles and line the walls alongside marble countertops. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances matching marble features and silver handles. For additional seating, a glass table with two high-top chairs sits in the corner of the kitchen by the windows.

The luxe bedrooms and bathrooms

Moving up the second floor, you'll see a hallway decorated with a gorgeous wooden table and marble base table lamps. The apartment has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The main suite takes up the entire third floor and has its own private balcony, according to Realtor. The king bed is in the center of the room, with a gray cushioned bench at the end.

The main suite has its own private bathroom, complete with marble flooring, a glass door shower, and a separate claw tub. It also has two vanities, one on each side of the entrance with matching marble countertops and large mirrors. Past the bathroom is the walk-in closet with endless rows of cubbies for shoes and racks for clothes. As stated earlier, the apartment includes access to all of the hotel amenities — this means the pool, fitness center, full spa, and sauna, per Compass. It doesn't get much more luxurious than that.
