Experience
Kristine is a journalist by trade and got her start in newspapers. Her first full-time job was at the Naples Daily News in Florida where she covered everything from education to city council and local crime. She eventually went on to do media relations for the local Sheriff's Office. During that time, she began freelance writing on the side, eventually launching her own freelance writing business. She now works from home, surrounded by her many pets, writing for the likes of Better Homes & Gardens, Modernize and Yahoo! She's been overseeing renovations of her home for the past three years and has learned a lot about the process. Kristine runs a fiction workshop for local writers and has recently gotten into rucking.
Education
Kristine has a bachelors degree in newspaper journalism and a minor in creative writing from Kent State University.
