Lowe's Memorial Day Sale May Be The Best Time To Buy A LG Appliance

When you're looking for big-ticket items, May is a good time to pick up significant savings at many different retailers. Heading into Memorial Day is traditionally one of the best times to shop at Lowe's. It is in 2026, too, especially if you're interested in LG appliances. Although it's best known as a home improvement-oriented big box retail store, Lowe's sells a variety of appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.

With its latest sale, Lowe's is offering significant discounts on LG-branded machines. You could score up to 35% off some LG products. If you spend $2,500 or more in total, you could receive a $500 Lowe's gift card. (However, the $500 gift card rebate offer is only available in certain states.) The sale conditions at Lowe's expire at different times throughout May, depending on the product you're buying. Some end as early as May 6 or May 13, so you'll want to check closely on the deadlines for the products that you're considering buying.

The value found in Lowe's appliance packages is a big part of the LG sale, as you receive bigger discounts when you purchase more products. If you purchase two qualifying products, you receive an extra $100 off. You receive $200 off when buying three qualifying LG items, and $300 off for four products. Qualifying products are marked as "Buy More, Save More" in green on the product pages on the Lowe's website.

In addition to the sales available on LG appliances at Lowe's heading into Memorial Day, the big box retailer is offering an installation rebate on certain products. Purchases of the product and the installation fee must be made by May 13 to qualify for the rebate for most products.

The installation rebate applies to LG built-in cooking appliances and LG dishwashers with a purchase price of at least $699 (before tax). The rebate is for their basic appliance installation package, which includes delivery, connecting the appliance to existing lines, and testing. It generally doesn't include haul-away fees for the old appliance or local permitting fees. Lowe's will issue the rebate on a prepaid Mastercard. Qualifying LG products listed on the Lowe's website will be tagged with a "Rebates Available" label in blue. 

The rebate does not apply to premium installation services, which include a pre-site inspection of your home and a project manager who keeps you updated on the installation schedule. Additionally, Lowe's offers other services that help you design your kitchen, such as a free online or in-store consultation. If you're buying multiple LG appliances, it may help having a designer work with you to fit them into your home in the most useful configuration.

If you're looking for four or more high-end appliances, you may want to consider purchasing LG Studio products to gain even more savings during the Lowe's pre-Memorial Day sale. When you purchase four LG Studio appliances from Lowe's, you receive $600 off. Buying five of them gives you $800 off. The LG Studio products that are included in the savings bundle will have a "Buy More, Save More" label in green on the product page at the Lowe's website.
