This Penthouse Above A Tiffany's Is Up For Auction For Almost $20 Million

The largest condominium in Palm Beach, Florida is up for auction. Located above the Tiffany & Co. on iconic Worth Avenue, the private residence boasts about 13,000 square feet. This is the only penthouse built above a Tiffany's and it has been titled one of the most exclusive residences on the east coast, according to Zillow. With five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a private rooftop, this penthouse is hitting the auction block on March 15, 2022 with a starting price of $19.5 million, reported the New York Post.

Built in 2021, this penthouse was redesigned by Keith Spina, a local architect with the award-winning, nationally recognized design and build firm Kean Development Company. However, the penthouse's interior has yet to be finished because the developers believe that their prospective buyers would rather customize the finishes to fit their needs. Until then, the residence has still been fitted with luxurious amenities and state-of-the-art technology.

Private rooftop

This penthouse has the only private rooftop terrace with such luxurious amenities in Palm Beach. The views alone can't be beaten. Standing on the about 4,000 square foot rooftop terrace, you are met with panoramic views of Worth Avenue and downtown Palm Beach. The rooftop terrace has a manicured lawn with palm trees lining the edge of the rooftop, a covered patio area, and an infinity-edge pool. According to Concierge Auctions, the rooftop terrace is also ready, with plans to add a full bar to the covered patio, a dining area, and a firepit.

There is also a glass-enclosed room with the potential to be a bar-and-lounge area, family room, or game room, depending on the needs of the buyer. In this glass room, there is also an area fit to become a gym with a full bathroom. Of course, while all these amenities sit atop the famous Tiffany & Co building, the rooftop terrace remains private from the city below.

Grand master bedroom

The first level of this building is occupied by Tiffany & Co and Tory Burch. There is a street-level entrance to the penthouse that opens to a grand foyer that couldn't be complete without an elevator and a modern floating staircase. The penthouse sits on the second level of the building, with the rooftop terrace on the third level.

Of the almost 10,000 square feet that make up the interior of the residence, the most lavish part is the master bedroom. Despite being in Florida, there are three fireplaces in the penthouse, one being in the master bedroom. Other than the bedroom, it includes two walk-in closets, two en-suite bathrooms, and a master's lounge, via Zillow. Of the two bathrooms, one is fitted with a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, and large vanity. This bathroom also connects to the larger walk-in closet with room for a closet island. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower and a smaller walk-in closet.

Lavish interiors

The luxury in this penthouse doesn't stop with the master bedroom. There are three other bedrooms in the residence, all with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. There is also a fourth bedroom that's part of the maid's quarters. This area includes a bedroom, en-suite, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and a back staircase.

The other two fireplaces in the home are in the family room and the formal living room. In the formal area of the home, there is a formal dining room, piano lounge, a study, and a broad gallery hallway that leads to this part of the residence. The other common areas of the home include an open concept kitchen with an island, a wine cellar, and a butler's pantry. While the interior is complete, the penthouse is being sold unfinished so the future homeowners can customize the decor to their personal style, according to Concierge Auctions.
