Adam Lambert Was Seen Touring An NYC Property In This Neighborhood

Adam Lambert, singer-songwriter and "American Idol" star, was spotted touring condos in NYC's new luxury high line property, Lantern House. Apart from looking for a new home in NYC, Lambert has been preparing for a world tour with Queen, working on his new talent show "Starstruck," writing his own musical set in New York during the 1970s, and launching his foundation to support the LGBTQ+ community named the Feel Something Foundation.

The Lantern House is a newly built luxury condo complex in West Chelsea. It was designed by Thomas Heatherwick with 22-floors and two towers that link beneath the High Line. What makes this building so different from other luxury condos is its curved bay windows that resemble a lantern. Two-bedroom units in the Lantern House range from $3.65 million to $5.19 million for 1,400 to 1,600 square feet, according to listings on Corcoran. Four-bedroom units range from $8.95 million to $11.475 million for 2,500 to 2,700 square feet. The penthouse in this building is listed for $15.97 million with three bedrooms and about 2,300 square feet.

Lantern House

There is nothing more luxurious than the Lantern House's oversized bay windows. They look out to Chelsea and the Hudson Yards, as well as full views of the skyline. Each condo is designed with wide-oak floors, high ceilings, walk-in closets, marble-clad bathrooms, and a terrace, according to the listings. The large chef's kitchens feature convex fluted oak cabinetry, marble slab countertops and backsplashes, double wall ovens, and seventy-bottle full-height wine coolers. The master bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with marble flooring, walls, and countertops. But, the best part is the freestanding bathtub that looks out another wall of oversized bay windows.

This building provides more than luxury condos. The many wellness amenities add to the allure of the Lantern House. There's an Equinox-managed gym, a yoga and meditation room that overlooks the High Line, massage and steam rooms, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub, and a 75-foot pool.
