Inside The LA Estate Trevor Noah Just Sold For Over $26 Million

Even stars like Trevor Noah have to suffer a loss every now and then. The comedian just sold his home for over $26 million. Sounds like a lot of money, right? While it is, it would be a great win for the talk show host had he not originally purchased the home for over $27 million, according to Architectural Digest. Originally, he listed the house for close to $30 million before dropping the price down to what he originally paid for it.

This one-of-a-kind mansion was originally built in 2014 by architect Mark Rios. Noah then purchased the home from the designer in 2021 and sold it a little over a year later. According to Hilton & Hyland, this three-story home is just over 11,000 square feet, sits on about an acre of land, and features six bedrooms, 11 baths, and many other notable mentions including a gated entrance, screening room, and gym. With all these state-of-the-art designs, it's hard to see why both Noah and Rios would want to sell this iconic home at all.

Outside hangouts

One of the most drawn to features of this home has to be the outside. This million-dollar mansion features an incredible infinity-edge pool that has an incredible mountain top view, per Dirt. With sunny California weather, this is the perfect place to entertain guests and have many late-night parties featuring a-lists celebrities. At the end of the pool, there is an incredible outdoor kitchen that also doubles as a bar. With state-of-the-art appliances, one can cook almost anything one can ever dream of with ease.

For the cold winter nights that California sometimes has to face, there's a fire pit with a modern outdoor furniture set. Again, this is the perfect hangout spot to entertain guests as well. Roasting marshmallows over the firepit or having a simple cup of coffee with a loved one are just a couple of the many things one can do with this firepit and furniture set. With a skyline view like this one, who wouldn't want to live, or at least visit, this unique and modernly driven house.

Inside extravagance

While the outside is extravagant, the inside of this mansion is just as incredible. For starters, almost every room in this house has enormous floor-to-ceiling windows. Most of the house has a skyline view that one can easily view from the living room or almost any other room. According to New York Post, there is a simple view of the backyard that can be seen as well through these unique windows. Featuring a large tree and many delightful plants, this view is so basic that it's sure to make any guest feel more at ease with all the other delicate features.

As expected, there are several living rooms and sitting areas in this home. Complete with modern and insanely expensive furniture, there is no shortage of options to choose from. For the most part, many of the sitting areas have a natural earth tone feel. Designed with colors such as browns, whites, and a hint of black, these areas can make anyone feel comfortable and at home in an instant. As there are so many rooms, it can be fairly easy for someone to change it up and give each sitting area its own theme and design.

Custom made rooms

Of course, like any other mansion, there are many other rooms and features that most other homes don't have. For starters, this home was built with an at-home gym in mind. As one might guess, this gym features all the latest up-to-date equipment. Whether you're wanting to lose weight or work your abs or legs, this one-of-a-kind gym has it all. Much like the rest of the home, it too features floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a sliding glass door that can allow an endless amount of fresh air to the workout room.

Another unique room that almost anybody would love to have is a screening room, per New York Post. As with most other features in this breathtaking home, this is perfect to entertain any family, friends, or other guests. Featuring a huge screen, there is no shortage of videos or movies that one can watch. With a wide-spreading glass door that, of course, spans from floor to ceiling, the at-home theater can be both indoor and outdoor. Furthermore, this room also has an incredible view of the skyline and ocean that can be seen for miles upon miles. With all these incredible rooms and unique features, anyone with a few million dollars would be lucky to live here.
