Take A Tour Of The Oceanfront Malibu Home Pink Is Selling For $14 Million

Pop star and singer-songwriter Pink (Alecia Beth Moore) has recently relisted her Malibu mansion after an unsuccessful run on the market. According to Zillow property records, the home was listed for sale originally in October of 2021 for $15 million. After a pending sale fell through, the listing was removed in late December that year. After more than six months off the market, the musician has relisted the home at a discount, now asking just $14 million for the large mansion.

Pink and her husband and fellow musician Corey Hart listed the home after only owning it for one year, having purchased it in June 2021 for a reported $13.7 million, according to Realtor. This beach front mansion has a musical legacy, with its previous owner being the legendary Barry Manilow, who had the mansion completely renovated before Pink and Hart's residency. Now, the home is back on the market, perhaps ready for another musical icon's presence.

The beach front mansion

The Malibu mansion was built in 1976 and is just steps away from the beach. According to Zillow, the home is 4,320 square feet large, and the property is a total of nearly 7,000 square feet. The house has a remarkably modern exterior for being over 45 years old, sitting two stories tall with sharp, modern, and minimalist geometric lines and shapes. The exterior is all white with huge blue-tinted glass windows on every side. There are a few glass-encased balconies overlooking the beach.

Besides its immediate proximity to the ocean, there are a host of other outdoor amenities that contribute to the mansion's high price point. The outdoor recreational and lounging areas are built to entertain, with stairs leading from the second floor right into the courtyard, strung with fairy lights and decorated with lush trees and other greenery. Built-in amenities include a barbeque grill and a hot tub spa. There are also stairs off the property that lead down onto the beach. Finally, there is a separate guest house on the property, which has one bedroom, one bathroom, and breathtaking ocean views.

Inside the Malibu luxury home

The inside of Pink's soon-to-be-former mansion is the epitome of beach house luxury in every way. The Zillow posting lists the house as having a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, four of each in the main house and one of each in the guest house. The whole house is floored with genuine oak hardwood, and all the walls are various shades of cream and beige. Coupled with the large number of massive windows, each room feels bright and airy without feeling too modern or sterile — and offers fantastic views.

The main living room/entry room has two-story-tall walls with floor-to-ceiling windows. There is room for a large, plush couch to enjoy the seaside views. A large folding glass door leads to an outdoor patio with a built-in barbeque grill and plenty of seating, all of which is surrounded by modern and sleek glass fencing.

More of the stunning ocean side residence

The kitchen adds a bit more warmth to the modern palette by introducing gold accents throughout. The warm oak wood is paired with a cream-toned marble backsplash with streaks of gold, which is only further complimented by the gold hardware throughout the kitchen. All of the appliances are sleek and top of the line. There is an informal dining space in the kitchen, and an archway leads into the formal dining room. The dining room has stunning views of the ocean, as well as a window seat for comfortably viewing it.

As the Zillow listing notes, one of the best areas of the house is the primary bedroom suite. The bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a fireplace, two dark wood, and black walk-in closets, and completely uninterrupted views of the ocean. The bathroom is just as stunning, taking after the kitchen with its warm-toned marble and gold theme. There is a huge walk-in shower, as well as an equally large free-standing bathtub that sits in front of the ocean view window.
