Fans Reveals Their Favorite HGTV Stars - Exclusive Survey

If you're a décor and design enthusiast that loves checking out all kinds of eye-catching spaces, there's a good chance that you've spent an evening or weekend here and there binge-watching episodes of your favorite HGTV shows. After all, who doesn't want to check out a ton of gorgeous homes while their favorite HGTV stars flex their creativity and expertise?

The network seems to have created programs to fulfill just about every niche you might be interested in. Some fans adore shows with a renovation angle, relishing the transformation of a room from lackluster to showstopper. Others may have a passion for home flipping, soaking up the knowledge about which improvements tend to have the best return on investment and which are needlessly expensive and don't really have that impact. And still others may prefer shows that incorporate the homeowner a bit, learning about their preferences and priorities in their space and in their home search.

Whatever niche you favor, there's likely an HGTV star at the helm of a show targeted to exactly the type of home décor and design content you want to consume — but which stars are the most popular with the average viewer? House Digest surveyed 627 individuals to find out which stars are encouraging people to tune in.

This popular pair appeals the most

The survey respondents had one clear frontrunner in terms of their favorite HGTV star — or, should we say, stars. Drew and Jonathan Scott, AKA the Property Brothers, earned a whopping 34.61% of the vote. It seems that viewers love the twin dream team and enjoy seeing them work together while utilizing their different areas of expertise.

"Home Town" stars Erin and Ben Napier also have a strong fan base, as 18.34% of survey respondents determined them to be their favorite HGTV stars. In third place, it seems that their personal relationship dissolving didn't have an impact on viewers' love for the formerly married couple, as Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall were selected as the choice of 13.72% of respondents.

Hilary Farrr and David Visentin from "Love It Or List It" were given top honors by 12.60% of respondents. And, it seems Indianapolis real estate may not have captured viewers' hearts the way it captured the hearts of "Good Bones" stars Karen Laine and Mina Starsiak Hawk, as they earned just 10.69% of the vote. Coming in last was Sarah and Bryan Baeumler, HGTV staples who have several shows under their belts; just 10.05% of survey respondents selected as their favorite stars on the network.
