Rebel Wilson Is Selling Her Sydney Mansion For $6.7 Million

Aussie actress Rebel Wilson has announced she's selling her Sydney mansion for $6.7 million, according to New York Post. She first announced it via her Instagram and shared photos of her waterfront home, claiming there won't be any chances for buyers to visit the house and take a tour. Famous for her roles in "Pitch Perfect" and "The Hustle," the comedic actress has made her way into people's hearts with her acting and comedic skills.

Wilson states she's selling her Sydney home since she wouldn't be using it for a few years as she's going to begin working on some overseas projects. Her Australian home was recently renovated as well, just in time for the new homeowners. It was designed by architect Paul O'Connor who's won awards for his previous work, according to Realestate.com.au. It sits on the Sydney Harbor in Birchgrove, per New York Post, with stunning views of the waterfront.

Patio and infinity edge pool

The mansion sits side by side with neighboring homes in Birchgrove with a single gate and tall trimmed hedge separating the entrance from the main road, according to Realestate.com.au. On the outside, it's designed as a typical beach home where the houses are stacked one by one. It has a white exterior all around, the front of the home is fairly small compared to the backyard. There's a balcony from the second floor that overlooks the main road.

The backside of the home has 180 degrees worth of views of the harbor, and the city lights illuminate the water at night, per the listing. It's perfect for folks who own boats since there's a dock to keep them tied and enjoy taking a ride on the water. On the dock, there's a private BBQ grill and lounging furniture for when parties and gatherings are held on hot days. There's a stunning infinity-edge pool just below the patio that boasts perfect views of the water. Each room has its own private balcony that looks out onto the patio and waterfront.

Chic interior with natural lighting

The 2,100 square foot mansion is designed with the utmost chic and modern interior. The main level of the home fits the living room, kitchen, and dining room, all with waterfront views. The living room holds a gorgeous white interior with crown moldings on the ceiling, according to Realestate.com.au. A pearl white sectional couch with pink and blue pillows takes place in the center of the room with a fireplace and built-in bookshelf on the wall behind it. A television hung above a beautiful ombre TV stand sits in front of the couch. A massive window double door opens out to the patio allowing in tons of natural light.

The dining room has a glass countertop dining table in the center of the space with soft-looking emerald green chairs. An abstract light fixture takes place overhead, and a glass framed mirror hangs on the wall just behind the dining table. A few feet over is the kitchen, which has a striking marble interior on the walls and island. Dark wood cabinetry fills the space along with stainless steel appliances.

Minimalistic bedrooms with marble interior bathrooms

Wilson claimed on her Instagram that her favorite feature of her home is the elevator that displays views of the waterfront as you're on it, going from level to level. The second floor holds two of the three bedrooms and bathrooms. They each have their own bathroom, per the listing, and were designed differently from one other. One bedroom has lighter, cooler tones with a pink and gray interior, while the other one has warmer tones such as navy blue and gray accents. Their own bathrooms are fairly similar, where they hold a marble interior walk-in shower with arched doorways. Their own private tub and vanity set with a dual sink and marble countertop.

On the third floor sits the third bedroom, which has its own private terrace just outside. It takes place at the peak of the house, which has numerous windows in the white interior space per the listing. The bed has a stunning navy blue velvet headboard displayed behind a gray soft cushioned couch. The en-suite bathroom isn't as private as the others due to it being enclosed solely by windows that look out onto the water. The walk-in shower is clad with marble and those surrounding windows. It's a perfect view from the bathtub and dark wood vanity that's by the entrance of the terrace.
