Alyssa's writing career began at the age of 12 when she began crafting short stories and honing her world-building abilities. She later attended university, writing everything from screenplays to academic research to helpful how-to guides. Finally, she worked alongside a CEO as her personal editor, assistant, and media outreach. In 2025, Alyssa joined Static Media's House Digest column, where her passions for research and writing meet her love of gardening and home improvement.

Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and psychology from CWRU.
